- Return Confirm Air Tickets
- 2 photos EACH, 35 x 45 mm, matt finish, white background, 80 % of the face without glance.
- Covering Letter to the consulate
- Bank Statement of last 3 months
- Fill the Visa form with sign(click to download the Visa Form & Instruction Form)
- If child is below 18 yrs (minor) than that form has to be signed by his/her parents (Father & Mother both) & also to attach their passport photo copy..
